3. High-Performance Computing Guidelines

In this section, we provide a general set of recommendations for accelerating scientific programs in a systematic way. Our guidelines will cover accelerator platforms and architectures from major vendors such as NVIDIA, Intel and AMD. As such, vendor-specific recommendations will be explicitly highlighted.
