xnn.common.finetune.reference.reference_markers(model_cfg)

Split the reference-energy markers out of a model config.

Parameters:

model_cfg (ModelConfig) – The model section; extra["atomic_energies"] and the per-head extra["heads"][name]["atomic_energies"] entries may be markers.

Returns:

A deep copy of the config with the markers removed, and the markers as (head_name or None, marker) pairs.

Return type:

tuple of (ModelConfig, list of tuple)
