Translate a reference-code state dict to SpookyNet parameter names.

Parameters:

sd (dict of str to Tensor) – The state_dict of a reference-code model.

Returns:

The state dict of the equivalent SpookyNet (constant tables and the reference code’s cached buffers are dropped; the radial weights are reordered).

Return type:

dict of str to Tensor
